2016 Studio Tour & Exhibition Registration Form - INFORMATION SHEET
DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATION: March 28, 2016:
The Art 35º North (“Art35N”) 2016 Studio Tour (aka “Studio Tour”) encompasses multiple related events including studio tours, a gallery exhibition, workshops and demonstrations occurring May through September 2016. These Studio Tour events will be linked for organizational and marketing purposes. Selected works by the Studio Tour artists will be featured in an exclusive Art35N exhibition at the Coconino Center for the Arts from June 8th through early August 2016. The workshops, lectures and demonstrations will be located primarily in Flagstaff at CCA.
This Studio Tour & Exhibition registration gives you the privilege of being listed on tour marketing materials, provides eligibility to exhibit at CCA, and provides eligibility to be an artist-presenter of workshops, lectures and demos. Preliminary registration is covered under the “Artist-Presenter Educational Opportunities."
Driving Tour Artist Registration, Rules & Info: Registration for the Studio Tour requires you to be an Exhibiting Member. he attached form needs to be completed with a $125 fee (excludes member dues) payable to Art35North. Art35N hopes to be able to accommodate all Exhibiting Members registration for the driving tour; however, given geographic and space constraints, you may be asked to show at another location. We will be having two weekends of the self-guided studio tours: Williams on June 18th-19th and Flagstaff on June 25th-26th.
You agree to show only your work at the tour location you’re assigned to (along with artwork of other registered artists).
CCA Exhibition Registration, Rules & Info: Only artists registered to show their work in driving tour can participate in the Coconino Center for the Arts Exhibition. By completing the Studio Tour AND Exhibition sections of the registration form above, your exhibition information and images will be forwarded to CCA. CCA’s Art Director determines which artworks will be included for the exhibition guaranteeing at least one if not more from your submissions. We anticipate that CCA can accommodate at least 1-3 pieces from each participating artist.
Art35N and CCA request that the artwork in this exhibition has not been displayed anywhere else from January 1, 2016 until the exhibition. Sales of your artwork during the exhibition will be subject to a 30% commission; It will take up to one month for CCA to mail you a check for the sale (70% of the sale). CCA will be responsible for the cost of shipping and insurance of items sold.
The Artist is responsible for delivery of the artwork(s) to CCA May 31 and June 1, 2016 from 10am-5pm. You may ship artwork to CCA at (2300 Fort Valley Road, Flagstaff 86001). The Artist is also responsible for picking up the artwork(s) to be announced at delivery of artwork.
